General Terms
These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to your use of the SlotMasters game, which is a free to play slot game with battle mechanic that allows players to compete with other players in a tournament for physical prizes played via this website or app via internet, mobile or through any other platform (the “Game”).
This website or app and the Game (collectively the “Software”) is offered by HungryBear Gaming Limited (“HB”).
These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you the player and HB. You enter into the Agreement by registering with HB via the Game.
By participating in the Game, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. These T&Cs come into force as soon as you login to register on this website. You must signify that you have read these T&Cs carefully and in their entirety and have accepted them. These T&Cs may be amended by HB from time to time.
If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not participate in the Game.
HB reserves the right to modify these T&Cs and, thus, to amend the Agreement between you and HB at any time with or without notice. HB has the right to change these T&Cs due to legal, technical, commercial or security reasons, including but not limited to purposes of prevention of fraud, clarification of the T&Cs or making the same compliant with statutory requirements or as regards changes in the Game and prizes. Changes may also take place due to changes in the routines of HB.
Such amendments will become immediately effective upon being posted on this website or app. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific rules for the Game, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time you play. You can easily identify whether these T&Cs have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&Cs stated on this page.
Rules and explanations for participating in the Game, maintaining your account with HB, the privacy policy, and other important information is provided in separate links on this website or app and shall be considered forming an integral part of these T&Cs.
If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, HB may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should HB decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with HB including any points awarded on that account.
HB is not obliged to award any prizes to a player who has been found taking advantage of any system failure or program error.
Your Account
In order to participate in the Game, you must first personally register with HB by filling out the registration form and submitting it to HB online via this website or app to open an account. HB reserves the right to refuse to open an account. In the event an account is closed or refused, HB shall honour the contractual obligations already taken.
You are allowed to have only one account on the Game. For further clarification, only one account for each household, device, IP address is allowed. If two or more players share the same household, device or IP address, the players residing in the aforementioned household and/or sharing the device and/or IP address must inform HB. HB may perform additional security checks in order to detect multiple accounts.
If you notice that you have more than one account under different names, you must notify HB immediately.
You must enter all mandatory information requested into the registration form, in particular, your first name and last name, and your valid e-mail address. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct, and you hereby declare and warrant to H that the information provided is true, complete and correct.
As part of the registration process, you will have to provide your email address and password for your login into the Game. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. HB is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
Your Obligations as a Player
You hereby declare and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age for the purpose of playing the Game under the laws applicable to you, you are allowed to participate in the Game and that games of this nature are allowed in the country where you are physically located;
You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family of the same, or have any ties to HB;
You are using the Game and your account solely and exclusively for the purpose of your genuine participation in the Game and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the Game is strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;
You participate in the Game on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in the Game and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in the Game. HB hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close your account or invalidate your participation in the Game in the event of such behaviour;
The computer software, including but not limited to the Game that HB makes available to you is owned by HB or other third parties and protected by copyright and laws governing intellectual property rights. You may only use the Game for your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, T&Cs hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations;
HB clarifies that content related to you and the Game on various social media platforms (e.g Facebook and/or Twitter) shared by you, may be visible outside of the Operator’s platform, on websites, which are not controlled by HB. It is your responsibility to control how you use outside services and/or services not controlled by HB. More information can be found on this website under the privacy policy.
Prizes
The Game offers physical prizes to winners, which may vary from time to time and can be viewed on this website or app.
The prizes are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. HB reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
All taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the receipt and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Gameplay
The Game is a free to play slot game with battle mechanic, which allows players to compete with other players for physical prizes.
To participate in the Game, you must register and create an account on this website or app.
Players will be provided with a certain number of entries to play the Game. The number of entries may vary from time to time and can be viewed on this website or app.
The Game consists of multiple rounds, and the player with the highest score at the end of each round will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie, the prize will be split equally among the tied players.
The winner(s) of each round will be notified by email within 48 hours of the end of the round.
The winner(s) must respond to the notification email within 7 days of receipt to claim their prize. If the winner(s) fail to claim their prize within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and HB reserves the right to select another winner.
Miscarried and Aborted Games
HB is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the Game play.
HB shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with this website or app, or the Game or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of this website or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
In the event of a system malfunction, all games will be void and any accrued points in said game will be lost unless HB management deems it necessary to take a different approach.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, you can:

Kindly provide clear information about your identity as well as all relevant details giving rise to the issue. This will enable HB to promptly resolve a reported matter and reach an amicable settlement;
HB’s judgement is final.
HB aims to provide you with a substantive response to your complaint as soon as practically possible and seek to resolve your complaint within maximum 10 calendar days from the date it receives the complaint. In certain cases, HB might extend the resolution time by another 10 calendar days.
HB will respond to all reported privacy and personal data matters, within 30 calendar days from receiving the complaint. HB may extend the full response time for the matter to an additional 60 calendar days, when it is necessary for further investigation. When HB takes an additional 60 calendar days, you will be sent an email to your registered email address, about the additional required time for a full response. The email will be sent within the initial 30-day timeframe, since receiving the complaint.
Limitation of Liability
You use the Software and participate in the Game at your own risk. The Software is provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.
HB is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in the Game, including but not limited to those related to the internet, computer, or mobile device.
HB reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Game at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to technical problems, fraud, or other issues.
To the extent permitted by law, HB excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provisions, HB, its directors, employees, service providers:
do not warrant that the Software is fit for purpose;
do not warrant that the Software is free from errors;
do not warrant that the Software will be accessible without interruptions;
shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Software or your participation in the Game including the misuse of any prize.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless HB, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Software or participation in the Game.
Intellectual Property
HB is the sole owner of the Slot Masters logo. Any unauthorised use of the logo may result in prosecution.
www.slotmasters.co.uk is the uniform resource locator of HB and no unauthorised use may be made of this URL or its derivatives on another website or digital platform without HB’s prior written consent.
HB is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within the Software.
The contents and structure of these website pages are subject to copyright © and database rights. All rights are reserved by HB. The copyright in this website including all text, graphics, code, files and links belongs to HB and the website may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without HB’s written consent.
Your registration and use of the Software does therefore not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained in the Software or any other intellectual property owned by HB.
Links to this website and any of the pages herein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of HB.
You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor the pages of this website or any content therein. Any unauthorised use or reproduction may be prosecuted.
Termination
HB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Game at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these T&Cs, this Agreement or suspected fraud or other illegal activities.
You acknowledge that HB shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the T&Cs in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Game.
Assignment
HB reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement (inasmuch this is allowed under applicable law). You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom and the parties agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and HB with respect to this website and the Game and save in the case of fraud it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and HB with respect to this website and the Game.
